A truly sumptuous Brachetto d'Aqui. One of the best and more expensive examples.
Offering up a perfectly formed foam and deliciously pure, sweet red cherry fruit on a medium-bodied frame; This pretty, red sparkling wine makes for a wonderful summer aperitif and can also be matched to slightly richer deserts than a Moscato, such as chocolate-based or cooked (as opposed to fresh) fruit deserts.
