 Bandol 2004 Red WineBandol 2004 Red Wine Tasting Notes: A deep garnet colour. A very polished nose with cassis and blackberry: very opulent and velvety smooth with immense purity. The palate is full-bodied, very focused with great purity, very modern in style and quite feminine in style. Sensuous and silky, this is Burgundy meets Bandol with filigree tannins on the glycerine-rich finish. Superb, but a definitely a long-term proposition. Tasted May 2007.
