Wine Tasting Notes:
Pale gold with a good, persistent mousse. A crisp, fresh, appley nose. Lovely and complex with autolytic notes and a core of apricot and honey along with a touch of mineral and brioche. Dry, soft acidity. Fruity and fresh with fleshy coxes or cider apple, mature honey and brioche. Quiet rich and mouth filling, smooth and long with the autolyisis, pan grille and earthy notes evident in the finish.
