The 2003 Brut Premier Cru Grand Cellier d'Or is a rich, opulent wine graced with superb density in a voluptuous expression of fruit that is very much in keeping with the style of the vintage. The wine possesses gorgeous textural finesse as well as a surprising level of freshness in this vintage. The Grand Cellier d'Or is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir aged in small and medium-size barrels. Disgorged: February, 2009. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2018.
