Thierry’s vineyards are the highest in Gigondas, nestling just underneath the imposing Dentelles. Shy and modest, but behind his calm demeanor lies an intense and speculative man, constantly wanting to improve and develop.

His vineyards, nestle directly under the sheer limestone rock faces of the Dentelles. They face north and north west and he is frequently the last to harvest in the village. Fermentation is in tank and then a selection of wines are aged in one-four year old barriques. Thierry’s wines are the epitome of breeding – elegance, poise and distinction. I love tasting and drinking his wine
