Wine Tasting Notes:
A stunning nose, clean and deep with an intensity of rich, ripe, licquor like black/ redcurrant/ berries and herbs. On the palette it has a superb depth of very peppery, juicy, delicately balanced black fruit and herbs. Soft acidity, low, soft tannins, medium bodied and very long with the black pepper flavours lasting and a black cherry note in the finish.
