About Gigondas

Gigondas can be found right under the nose of the strikingly rugged Dentelles de Montmirail - 80% Grenache is allowed. Syrah, Mourvedre & Cinsault is also used in the blends.

Santa Duc & Saint Cosme are the benchmark producers in Gigondas, both consistantly producing superb wines – Not for the faint hearted in their youth, the wines still offer plenty and have a very long ageing potential.

Domaine la Bouissieres strikes a balance in our range of Gigondas, its elevated north-westerly vineyards producing wines of real finesse & more than a little Burgundian in style.
